Subject: Crime prevention
Dear Vic Street citizens,
I received an email from Jon Yen last night. He witnessed an incident that took place at Vic street block ten, level three multi-storey car park. A middle aged man, who was wearing tattered t-shirt with striped shorts was spraying and scratching the cars. Jon Yen managed to take some photos of the cars after it was being vandalized(I have attached a file for the photos taken by Jon Yen). I believe the vandals are still around and are causing a lot of trouble for us.
In addition, there is also a high-rise littering, shop-lifting and robberies.
Therefore, I hope that everyone can help to keep a lookout for each other. Crime prevention is a shared responsibility by every one of us. We can inform the neighbourhood polices if there are any suspicious characters.
